Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital
Began as the Florence Crittenton Mission in 1900 and has been serving the Rochester community since 1967. Today Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital provides a full continuum of clinical programs and is a fully-accredited teaching facility for Family Medicine and Ear, Nose, and Throat through Wayne State University’s School of Medicine, and nursing through Oakland University’s School of Nursing. Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital became an Ascension health ministry and joined Certitude in 2015.
Provides care for nearly one million people annually in southwest Michigan. With more than 120 locations, area residents have easy access to more than 40 medical specialties, including nationally recognized cardiac, orthopedic, and neurologic care. An Ascension health ministry since 1999, Borgess is committed to helping people get well, stay well, and live well.
Genesys Health System
Leading healthcare provider in mid-Michigan, primarily serving Genesee, Shiawassee, Lapeer, Oakland, Livingston and Tuscola counties. Founded in 1920 as St. Joseph’s Hospital in Flint, today’s Genesys Health System includes Genesys Regional Medical Center, Downtown Flint Campus, East Flint Campus, Genesys Athletic Center, and Reverence Home Health and Hospice. Genesys became part of Ascension in 1999 and has offered Ceritude to its affiliated physicians since 2011.
Has been serving the Southern Tier since 1925 when it began as a 25-bed hospital in Binghamton. The Daughters of Charity managed the hospital bringing an impressive series of healthcare firsts to the region: recovery room, intensive care unit, Hospice, Electrodiagnostic Laboratory, and Regional Cancer Center. Today Lourdes is a 197-bed hospital with a 15-practice primary care network—a proud member of Ascension since 1999.
Providence Healthcare Network
A comprehensive healthcare network serving over 200,000 Central Texans. Founded by the Daughters of Charity in 1905, Providence Healthcare Network continues its ministry to the suffering, emphasizing compassion and excellence throughout its history of growth and development. Providence Healthcare Network is proud to be an Ascension health ministry and has made Certitude available to its affiliated physicians and healthcare providers since 2016.
Full service, 349-bed medical/surgical facility accredited by The Joint Commission. Since its founding in 1854, Providence has been serving, caring for, and healing the people of Mobile and surrounding areas.
Sacred Heart Health System
Northwest Florida’s leading provider of quality health care to children and adults. Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola is the bub of the Health System; it includes the Studer Family Children’s Hospital, Regional Heart and Vascular Institute, Stroke Center, and a Cancer Center affiliated with MD Anderson Cancer Network. Sacred Heart Health System also includes Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast near Destin, Florida and Sacred Heart Hospital on the Gulf in Port St. Joe, Florida. Sacred Heart joined with Providence Health System in Mobile, Alabama in 2016—both are health ministries of Ascension.
Saint Agnes Healthcare
A 251-bed full-service teaching hospital, Saint Agnes Medical Group, and Seton Imaging. Founded by the Daughters of Charity in 1862 as Saint Agnes Hospital, the facility moved to its present location in 1876. A leader since its early days, St. Agnes created the second oldest surgical residency program and the first Chest Pain Emergency Department in the U.S. St. Agnes also became the first in Maryland to use tomotherapy treatment for cancer, and it leads Maryland in weight loss surgery.
Seton Healthcare Family
Began as the 40-bed Seton Infirmary built by the Daughters of Charity in Austin in 1902. Since then Seton Healthcare Family has grown to a network of more than 20 hospitals and healthcare facilities across Central Texas.
St. John Health System
Fully integrated health system of seven hospitals serving communities in northeastern Oklahoma and Southern Kansas. St. John Medical Center is a regional leader in neurosurgery, oncology, bariatrics, radiology, fitness/wellness, urology, and women’s health.
St. John Providence Health System
Largest inpatient care provider in southeast Michigan. An Ascension health ministry since 1999, St. John Providence Health System provides comprehensive prevention, primary care, and advanced treatment programs with more than 125 medical centers and four hospitals spanning four counties. St. John Providence Health System’s Centers of Excellence offer expertise in cancer, heart and vascular, minimally invasive surgery, neuroscience, orthopedics, and weight loss.
St. Joseph Health System
Serves the people of Alcona, Arenac, Iosco, Ogemaw, and Oscoda counties in rural northeast Michigan and the many visitors the area draws. Founded in 1953, St. Joseph Health System is a 49-bed hospital in Tawas City and part of Ascension since 1999. It offers a professional care network of primary and specialty care physicians and serves as a referral center for tertiary care to more than 100,000 patients annually.
St. Mary’s of Michigan
With 268 beds and over 20 specialty centers, St. Mary’s cares for people in the central, northern, and thumb regions of Michigan. Part of Ascension since 1999, St. Mary’s of Michigan includes St. Mary’s of Michigan Towne Centre, St. Mary’s of Michigan Standish Hospital and St. Joseph Health System in Tawas City.
St. Thomas Health
A family of Tennessee hospitals and physician practices united by a single mission: to provide spiritually centered, holistic care that sustains and improves the health of the communities we serve. An Ascension health ministry since 2002, Saint Thomas Health began in 1898 as the Saint Thomas Sanitarium founded by the Daughters of Charity. Today it includes nine hospitals throughout middle Tennessee. St. Thomas Health made the Certitude program available to its affiliated physicians in 2017.
Dedicated to improving the health of Indiana communities for 134 years. Today St. Vincent serves the people of central and southern Indiana through 22 health ministries, including 20 hospitals and Centers of Excellence for orthopedics, heart care, neuroscience, cancer care, bariatric services, pediatrics, behavioral health and women’s healthcare.
St. Vincent’s Health System
Began as St. Vincent’s Hospital in 1898. Today it includes St. Vincent’s Birmingham, St. Vincent’s Blount, St. Vincent’s East, St. Vincent’s St. Clair, St. Vincent's One Nineteen Health and Wellness, and the St. Vincent’s Ambulatory Healthcare Network, serving patients throughout the greater Birmingham area.

Now a regional health system serving northeast Florida, St. Vincent's Healthcare includes St. Vincent’s Medical Center Riverside, and St. Vincent’s Medical Center Southside, and St. Vincent’s Medical Center Clay County.

The largest provider of healthcare services in Kansas with seven hospitals in Wichita, Manhattan, and Pittsburg. Part of Ascension since 2013, Via Christi Health is the descendent of health ministries founded in the 19th century by the Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother and the Sisters of St. Joseph of Wichita.
